  • That bullfrog is really cool! Mine would start calling like that too! I used to hope I would get lucky and catch a really big one! Got some video from the 1980s and 90s of my frogs, toads, salamanders, snakes etc which I'll have to upload when I can! Got my bullfrog grabbing feeders! My bullfrog and I used to ask for the SAME thing: "rum, rum, rum..." Hence my YouTube name! Almost true story.

  • @bufothetoad1 Thks :D I might get one

  • @malebytch you r welcome!

  • Do the American bull frog make good pets? Are they aggressive and fierce? Thx :)

  • @malebytch I love bull frogs and when I catch a big one I keep it for a while because they are really fun to take care of. they are extremely aggressive... to their prey.

  • @mangaman613 she eats anything that fits in her mouth

  • Awesome video, I always get jazzed about our Spring Frogwatch here in Oklahoma. And the amphibians need us more than ever now!

Glad you were there to rescue her. She's got that great bullfrog appetite!

  • @shanandscott thanks

  • Excellent and awesome. Post more please.

    Great color as well.

  • @EddieBrockVenom thanks

  • ... like albinos, they aren't the dominant trait, like normals. They are created by crossing a normal to an homozygous individual, and then crossing the offspring to each other (less likely) or to the homozygous parent.

    ex. amel corns, aneries, etc.

I though all those nice bullfrog patterns were simply localities, like the greyish ones.

  • @jxz107 oh recessive gene... I don't really know if it's recessive.

  • Boy, these are magnificent creatures for sure. I can't believe so few people will take the time to admire them, it always has to be PIXIE FROGS and all those other ones...

Then again, they are an introduced species here, and are treated the way some Australians do with Cane toads...

Would be nice to see some thing new, like a blue bullfrog LOL

  • @jxz107 A blue bullfrog would be one lacking yellow pigment, they do exist, but EXTREMELY rare

  • @bufothetoad1 I never really asked, but are they recessive?

  • @jxz107 what does recessive mean????

  • Awesome!!!

  • @o7jimmy thanks

  • Nice Bullfrog man!

  • @TokayDude thanks

  • i realllllyyyyyy want to catch one, i only see one at my beach for like a split second like once a week and never got close to him, id need binoculars just to look at the damn thing!

  • Wow! Where did you find him?

  • @LaKessler11 I rescued her from the road, She would have died five seconds later if I hadn't

  • Amazing!!
