It's not just about graphics it's also about gameplay and I'd rather have a good dpad than motion controls. It's kind of cool at first but some games don't really go that good. Also the most of the Wii games are pretty crappy including ports and most good Ps3/xbox games never get ported just saying...

@Kohdok My point is that nothing is better than a franchise on N64 thus my point even when you put forward bad franchises still nothing is better than them also Castlevania ripped apart any Castlevania game on PS1 due to the fact PS1 had no Cel-Shaded games this rendering it unable to utilize the somewhat 3D games that N64 had, also Castlevania was in 3D on N64.

@tankisdeath Castlevania hit the polygon ceiling HARD. Castlevania 64 was a horribly flawed game with no camera control and the possibility to be unable to finish the game due to a small mistake. Sierra did the same thing, but at least they had the decency to tell you at some point. That's why 3D Castlevania games aren't made anymore and when they ARE made, they tend to be crap.

@Kohdok They still make them today and you are only saying that because you don't like it Castlevania on N64 spawned 2 sequels, and they had 3D Castlevania games on PS2, and PS2 and XBOX 360, and they are ALL good, just like it's original predeccesor on the N64. furthermore the NES & SNES had 2D Castlevania games, so by the time PS1 was using 2D Castlevania games Nintendo had already done it more than once several years ago.

@tankisdeath Also, the PS1 had more memory than the N64. Back in the day, it was quite difficult to cram 600 megabytes onto a single cartridge and the fact that FF7 presented a way to use multiple discs basically gave the PS1 near infinite memory should anyone feel so inclined.

Final Fantasy 7 appeared on the Sony PS1 because to make a cartridge with enough memory was not in the N64 plans.

@Derekc135 Graphics matter on PC because unless you have a good enough graphics card perhaps the latest model of NVIDIA G-Force then you can't play games because they have higher specs unless you have said graphics card, but no on console all that matters is the core gameplay, the quality of the game it's self and the amount of fun your getting from it, if graphics really mattered I wouldn't still be playing my SNES and N64 from time to time, GRAPHICS do NOT matter WHAT SO EVER.
