well the fear is the biggest issue all the time , since i didn´t have a problem going backwards when i started tricking i can´t give you much of advice, but i can tell you how to do it atleast, well first off check the wall, you have to have a wall that you don´t slip on...
It´s really nothing like a backflip that alot of people thinks. The thing is that the flip is allready halfway through when your foot touch the wall ..
And when it touch the wall your body shall be pointing straight out from the wall like this |- then you just push your foot upwards and fullfil the spin..

there is absolutely no parkour here. This is all flips aka tricking or freerunning. but DEFFINETLY not parkour!
