Haha. Yeah! Just fought this boss today. Seriously dude, when I entered the area, I knew that there was going to be a boss because of the wide open space so I waited for a while. Then nothing happened so I decided to scout the area.I went up a hill of some sort then I saw a big blimp on the HUD. I turned around and then I was like WTF!!! Man, it was AWESOME!

the salamander boss is an actual creature that lives in Japan called "the giant salamander" although its not anything compared to the one in lost planet in size, it still looks very similiar
that thing is hard to fight alone i know because i tried it but have a lot of life like 10 but hard cause hes only going after you but for some reason after i beat it i always say "I HAVE SLAYN' THE BEAST" BTW great video
eh, this boss is pretty easy to me, ill tell you how i do it.
Firstly you wanna get the rawket lawncher and fire at his core, after his core is down trade the rawket lawncher for the VS ROCKET LAUNCHER.
After you have the VS rocket launcher do not attach it to a VS, instead fire at his legs and when his mouth opens like a big flower hang over a ledge, and fire into his mouth. If you dont have a ledge to hang over fire into his mouth with ur shotgun and your vs rocket launcher.
First time i played the demo and when he opened his mouth like a fucking flower thing i was like "HOLY GOD!!" then he swallowed me and i was fighting off spidery things in his tummeh.. great game btw.
@nate5498 cant swim yet but like theres a big lake thats surrounded by grass dun go over there cuase thats where youll drown and the salamader will flee sometimes add me IGN: Dexion213 (xbox live)
i kill it by my self i just get in the mec bot on the other side of the lake and it has ifnite ammo
and it cant kill me
