all bolt ons, Rebuilt head with JUN parts, skunk2 stage 1 cams and gears. clutch, flywheel chipped ecu with crome. motor mounts. few other things ;) but its all motor for sure.
@surfnakd23 just a question mate, why not just go straight for stage 2 cams from skunk? stage 1 are basically the same as itr ones arent they? Really nice gsr though
its not stock, i was sarcastic with FukTCC ... aem cold air, skunk2 mani, FPR, dc 4-1 header. sum other stuff ; ) vtec controller. I got cams going in this week. now I have to dyno again. new vid tho..

thats good!,i have a gsr in my rex with full bolt ons,2 much 2 list tuned on chrome chipped p28 and it only put down 155whp :(

176hp 134 torque. I heard I lost torque cause of the lighter flywheel. it didnt make sense to me.

lighter flywheel = flywheel has less momentum, less momentum = less torque but faster revs
