In the 2002 calendar year, the "Queens" were 71-27, including playoffs. The Cavs were 23-62, and didn't even make the playoffs.

I think he's counting the playoffs, and the regular season consists of 82 games. There could be even more than that in a calendar year depending on how the scheduling works out.
