@Jellybeaner1991 Morimoto used to be the chef at a place in New York, he now has his own gig in Philadelphia.

Oddly enough, it is on Chestnut Street - I grew up in a small Michigan town in a house on Chestnut Street. Another amazingly pointless coincidence!
