Ok first of all whisky at 40% alc doesn't burn from itself. Grand Marnier does the trick in this video. Sparkly, flashy, nice service, but for spilling on the floor I will not give this guy a tip. :P
GM has aswell 40% alc/ 80 proof like regular blended scotch. The difference is, whisky has to be really warmed up before it ignites and burns without great flame (kinda vanishes off the surface). Grand Marnier as it has a lot of sugar gives the lower ignite point. It could work with bourbon whiskey I guess.
Completely brilliant. The US has everything! Wish there was somewhere like this in the UK.

i am sure it was supposed to look all very high class and fancy looking ... but i think that irish coffee is actually not that smashing :I
- why burning the good whiskey ?
- in a wineglass it just looks ... weird oO
- ... if not doing it the irish way, why doing it at all then ? =P
