if you land outside of a fence, the game has to reset your car because there would not be any way to get back to the other side of the fence, so i dont' see why you're complaining about it.

The developers to do this because if you get in an area that is normally inaccessible, then there is no way to get out and you would be stuck there until you can make your car crash. There answer to this is to automatically make your car wreck so that it will respawn in the actually open world.

The way you do that jump, you technically shouldn't be able to SEE that part of the world.

Unless that's the railway that you can drive on normally, then I don't know why it won't let you just drive there.

That car is Hunter Civilian, you have to do the Burning route for Hunter Citizen, which you have to takedown after getting 8 wins on the burnout licence

This isn't GTA, racing games needs some boundaries, if you get behind a fence, you're pretty much stuck so they don't allow you to go there, same witht he train tracks, PS, commas rock,
