My favorite factions in the Fallout series are the Enclave and the NCR. You can actually help the NCR and they allow Ghouls to join there army unlike the Enclave who kill everybody. The NCR is like the nicer Enclave with decent equipment.

The BoS defeated the Enclave though so by now (5 years later) you'd think their technology would be up to Enclave standards right? The story shoulda been what happened in that 5 years, so we can see how they were beat.
