  • I started doing this in the gym... started slowly and then worked my way up to doing this at running speed... just make sure there's no one walking behind you when you jump off :)

  • i did this yesterday!! it was fuunnn i tell ya,.. after.. using a tradmill with no energy itll give your legs a workout.. cuz the two energies it gives.. next time ima try sp[rinting with weights..and do this too.

  • Seems like some great training skills/drills for football, basketball, and volleyball. Sure insists on "quick feet" and focus! You can't just "go-through-the-motions" doing this.  I actually can't wait to try it!

  • This is one of the best excerises for treadmill fitness.
