  • Cats are carnivores not vegans. They can only use animal protein not plant protein. If you feed your cat a vegan diet you are essentially starving them. Fish should only be fed once a week at max due to all the heavy metals they contain. Whether you let your vet cut off a growth is your choice, but you should at least consult with them before changing your cats diet so drastically.

Ha,ha... don't worry, all three of the cats get a huge variety of organic meats and homemade treats :) and good news, Christopher Robin's growth is shrinking (possibly due to the raw parsley and basil... the salmon and such just tricks him into eating the greens), yay! Thank you for sharing, Melody

  • Currently I do not have any raw, vegan cat food recipes, but something's telling me that our first step in finding ingredients should be to find a dependable list of herbs etc. that are safe for cats. I would first experiment by feeding my cats the feline-friendly, raw, vegan foods that I eat and go from there ;) Good luck!

  • Do you have any raw vegan recipes for cat food? My cat, William Arthur Rupert, expressed to me a discontent with consuming meat products and we can't seem to find anything at the market.
