You can still actually see old naxx etc. Go into saphirons room, into one of the corners. Use a great feast to increase your size and you bug through the wall. Using some good leviating you can get a good look at the old naxx and old plaguelands, all the old map before the shattering. We still do it now and again. Just take a chef + priest.
