    so what if he is selling products? His information is accurate and simple, and the free information he gives is applicable. First he had a program which showed how to put on muscle.. and it works. Now he shows how to lose fat. Whats so wrong with that? Anyone who follows him can clearly vince's transformation. Ur comment is misleading.

    Im sure this John guy is just as legit.. theres many good reliable sources of info out there. stop the senseless hating

  • I'm just gonna assume that none of the haters on this page are familiar with John Romanello. Because if you were familiar with him, you would know what kind of good info he gives. Vince Del Monte couldn't upload it on his account, so he asked John to do it on his account, and John obviously respects Vince enough to help him with his request. Now let's if any of you haters understand what that means.

  • @VinceDelMonte No problem Vince, you were actually the first one to introduce me into the fitness industry, and led me to all your other friends. Without you,I probably wouldn't have gotten into weightlifting, and I think my age is a good time to start (13). Because of that, I have a lot of respect for you.

  • I don't get the haters on here. The advice is basic information. This guy's legit and I'm guessing the haters don't have the 6 pack they want and are taking out that insecurity on here. Regardless of how many products Vince creates - his message is simple. Pick a plan that matches your goals and stick with it, making adjustments for your own body's reaction as needed. Fitness is pretty basic stuff, Vince doesn't add to the misinformation, he aims to clear up confusion.

  • @Zerosupersayan He was really skinny, a long time ago. Since then he's bulked up and gained some fat.

  • @ardi1230320 Yeah right, that first photo he shows if after days of cheap meals.. its all water weight! dont be fooled into over paying for his crap... ever seen one of his programs? Is it specialized for YOU? No... every single person is different.. you cant just copy what one guy does.. have to figure it out yourself! the dude spent thousands on coaches and nutritionists.. bottom line.. no hes making it back on suckers!

  • its all about the calorific deficit around 250kcal less in your diet and 250kcal from cardio daily, will help you lose fat at a steady pace 1-2lbs a week, and not let your leptin levels rise to much which makes your body "shut down" and makes you possibly store more fat... but yeah find a meal plan works for you and stick to it, its not a diet its a life style.

    btw im not just some random troll, i'm a personal trainer who regularly gets results with all different kinds of clients !!!
