  • What about the supplement "chromium"? It's supposed to help sensitize the cell receptors to insulin?

  • We use energy when we walk, run or play. The foods we eat-carbohydrate, proteins, fats,etc.- produce energy.

    Glucose ( a form of sugar) is used to produce energy inside our body. The work of insulin is to take glucose and keep it within the right rates so the body can function.
