talks about Katriana, makes a comment about the BP oil spill. Katrina happened 5 years ago, rebuilding is still going on. The spill happened just months ago, under HIS watch and the financial impact is still being felt, yet it gets a casual mention, just like it got casual attention from him and his administration. He didn't just drop the ball when it comes to the spill, he left the field and hit the showers before the second down.
