First of all fish oil supplements are a processed food !and they become Rancid on the process . all fish is contaminated with MERCURY and PCB ...want to be healthy grow your own food and dont eat process foods my great grandmother died when she was 105 and she didnot take fish oil and no vitamin pills !! people are lazy to cook so they eat like pigs garbage ! and sit on the computure and on the cell phone getting emf radiation

we need to check whether the source fish are pure. the top fish oil supplement companies usually own vast fisheries in the sea where the fish are raised in a natural pure environment and then harvested for their oil.
only such supplements will give a dramatic improvement in choleseterol levels. if u dont feel any perceivable benefits within 2months, then they are not pure.
@dclx5i eat instead flax seed and hemp seed oil and you can get omega 3 and 6.. borage oil is okay too...also eat nuts and one Avocado a day ! forget man made vitamins eat raw foods ! the ocean is polluted with heavy metals !
i agree to these excellent sources. I recommend flaxseed to my clients since its fibre gives double benefit. however it depends for what reason the omega-3 is required. if i have a client with migraine, asthma, or any other inflammatory disorder (like ra, lupus etc) then supplements are my best bet for giving them relief. supplements are not bad if they are made in the right way.
also works best for the many clients who are looking for results via minimal effort.
This all seems sketch as hell.
