Yes use arpeggios, and I superimposed chords, call this family of chords, for example dorico family of chords (m7), example Cm7 (dorico) will have 3 chords with other affinities, family, F7 (9), Abm7 (b5) and Eb7M, and so on ... is at peace! sorry my English, is bad.
