  • I got here from monkey commits suicide?

  • Sorry...very good

  • Very godo

  • Wow...I've never seen a waffle maker like that before. Mine is a basic bench-top waffle maker. Any tips on how long? It's Breville if that helps. :)

  • @magickalcat83 They are all different… Most have a temp sensor / light that will let you know when they are close to done.

  • looks so tasty

  • Made these this morning. They turned out really really well. I made them without telling the gang that they were not the usual "boxed" waffles and they loved them. Very light compared to the boxed version. Thanks for the video.

  • For the UK people - just bought a waffle maker, it's great and has good reviews but under £50 there is only a couple to pick from, UK doesn't seem popular on them, inbox for info!

  • can anyone recommend a good waffle maker?

  • midnight...hungover...boy waffles would be good

  • how much baking powder?

  • @rsnp1308 The full recipe is in the info box under the video… 1/2 tsp baking powder.

  • Not quite perfect, 1-2 tablespoons of sugar and teaspoon of vanilla essence, then perfect. You could not eat those waffels by themself!

  • faster way: buy premade waffle mix

follow the steps on the back of the box

eat waffle and add toppings to your liking

  • @w8tosk84u2 Yeah… But then you also get all the preservatives and extra sugar / fat that they also put in the box...

  • @w8tosk84u2 I did it that way this morning. I haven't made waffles for years and all it did was make big waffle air bubbles. They were terrible. I put some butter and maple syrup on them and they were halfway edible...

  • O.O I want that waffle maker! :D wow, YUM!!

  • We in Europe add sugar to waffles, they are always better. Try it.

  • @alldini Maybe we in the UK should try NOT to add sugar; to everything.

  • I am sooooo hungry now but have no waffle maker :(

  • Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate Delicate ...

  • FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You cannot imagine how long I have been looking for THE waffles recipe...I know 3 guys who will be soooooooooooooo happy!

  • no sugar or vanilla?

  • @danix30001 Not needed… But if you really want sweet you could add 1Tablespoon of sugar, and 1teaspoon of vanilla.

  • ...Americans don't know how to make waffles...

  • @iFukuyama Since we're not American I can't comment on wether or not they can make waffles - But these Canadian waffles are great!

  • Yuuuummmmyyymmyy!!!

  • 0:18 YOU;RE GOING TO BEAT THE WHITES?

    YO THATS RACIST

  • Put some butter on it, add some fresh kiwi, apples (cooked or not), strawberries, and bananas, maybe some pecans or walnuts, a little real maple syrup and whip cream, and NOW you've got some waffles.

  • oh dear god....those are beautiful waffles xD

  • So, I've made these wonderful waffles a few times. This last time I made them I used whole wheat flour and the batter turned out like bread dough and all the butter separated while they cooked so they were kind of fried.. Can you tell me why? Ps. I love these waffles, thanks for the recipe.

  • sticking together is what good waffles do

  • thats the quickest whipped egg whites in history!

  • My Waffles Look NOTHING Like That! That's Why Im Searching ''How To Make Waffles'' Videos

  • All the gadgets in the kitchen looks badass!

  • im gonna try those waffles and put nutella on em (its why i wanna make em lol)

  • How do I eat these...with maple.syrup?

  • @koolaid5684 However you want… Maple syrup, powdered sugar, ice cream, fresh fruit, whipped cream, fruit jam, Table syrup, corn syrup, taro syrup, molasses, - the list goes on!

    Use your imagination.

  • If we want to add some sort of flavour such as blueberries or peanut butter, should we blenderize it separately and then add it before the fluffed egg whites? If not, then when?

  • i made these and they turned out brilliant! i didnt have butter so i used oil n it still turned out great! thank u so much!

  • yummmmmmmmyyyyyy <3

  • HEY BRO I MADE SOME WAFFLES YOU WANT SOME? - The Waffleman

  • WAFFLEMAN BROUGHT ME, THUMBS UP FOR THE ALMIGHTY WAFFLEMAN

  • no need to get rid of the wired whisk. you can still use the folding method with the wired whisk.

  • thumps up if you want to be a chef wen you grow

  • That whisk is fucking awesome.

  • Count How Many Times He Says The Word: "Delicate"

  • these look amazing!! im going to try them today. can i replace the butter with oil?

  • @nadia12398 You need to use butter with this recipe.

  • Scratch the Teflon.. With plastic..?

  • I'm old school and I take it a step further: the night before you want to make waffles, mix the wet ingredients MINUS the eggs with some active dry yeast (Red Star, Fleishmann's, whatever). Mix, cover, and let it sit at room temperature over night.

Next morning, separate eggs, stir in yolks, and fold in egg whites as shown. I've done both, and the 12 hour old yeast risen batter is hands down better.

  • the real waffles are the Belgian waffles !!!!!

  • @megamina100 You wouldn't be biased now would you?

  • These waffles are delish! I'm eating them with strawberries with a side of shrimp grits and sausages. Also, I changed the eggs to 2 inthe recipe but everything else stayed the same. Thank you!

  • Thanks for sharing it. I was so happy with the result. I just add some sugar and vanilla essence and it taste so good! :)

  • no sugar?

  • @PinkBlushing You could add a tablespoon of sugar if you wanted - but there's no need. Aren't you going to put maple syrup / jam / fruit / whipped cream on top?

  • @legourmettv well yes... im actually doing it now and looks good so far :)

  • hi, for milk, is it any type ? full cream or otherwise is fine? thks.

  • @prettymel66 I don't think I would use full cream - we use 2%, but 3% or 1% would work well too.

  • No sugar?

  • @Vercippu You could add a tablespoon of sugar if you wanted - but there's no need. Aren't you going to put maple syrup / jam / fruit / whipped cream on top?

  • perfect!!!! i made it for my family and we loved it :-)

  • We liked this video so much we're getting the waffle machine and looking to have waffles every morning in Algeria

  • that waffle iron din't make a browned waffle.

  • Aww, sucks I don't have a waffle iron.

  • Just made my very first waffles using this recipe, and they were a big hit with the family. Very tasty ... thank you. The egg white did not come out as stuff as in teh video but the waffles were great none the less.

  • @GoldBiscuit100 Glad you enjoyed them! The trick to stiff egg whites is to make sure you use a metal bowl and whisk + they have to be extremely clean - any hint of oil or grease will stop them from getting stiff.

  • I think you scratched the teflon plates at 3:56 :(

  • @jackiechanmonro The silicone tongs won't scratch the Teflon.

  • @legourmettv he was joking...

  • Waffles? Don't you mean carrots? HAHAHAHA

  • @XxBlackReaper 4 eggs. At 1:01 he puts 4 egg yolks into the batter (and you can see them) so that means he has 4 egg whites in the kitchen aid mixing bowl. it sure looks like a bunch, doesn't it? xD

  • Thank u :)

  • I tried this recipe... Simply Fantabulous~! Yumms~!!

  • Do you have a recipe for the Liege Waffle?

  • thnk u for sharing ~ this is the most easy clips that i 've found

  • omg I'm SO hungry right now : |

  • I just tried this recipe this morning. I am a 30 year old wife who has been trying to make waffles for my husband and so far best waffle batter I have ever tried! I love the making egg white stiff as if it was snow or cotton candy. Thank you for this amazing video!

  • That IS the "waffle house waffle recipe from that joint on the side of American highways".

Do you think they don't use milk, flour and eggs?

  • waffles ? dont you mean carrots ? HAHAHHAHAHAH

  • tried this technique after two other waffle recipes (aside from bisquick) -- this is hands-down easily the winner. Thanks much! I will be using this recipe for a waffle bar at my festivus party.

  • Waffles? Don't you mean carrots?

  • that guy sounds canadian. Thats a badass waffle iron

  • @monicatovar Yes & Yes!

  • @monicatovar I know right? I'm going to start looking for that model in a few. xD

My current waffle iron is okay, but could conduct more heat than it does.

  • @monicatovar Yes, yes it is. That looks like the KitchenAid Pro Line Waffle Maker. However, if you're serious about your waffles, you should look into the Equipex GES/1 for square Belgian waffles or the Star Manufacturing SWB8RBLE round Belgian waffle maker. Let the waffles know you're serious.

  • @RestaurantEquipment Send one over to our studio and we'll give it a workout in front of the camera...

  • Thanks. Do you think that merely whipping egg whites and incorporating as you had to ANY recipe will make it better?

  • Looks so good...i want some right now!!!

  • i was eating micro wave waffles when i saw this ^-^

  • @HaloTitan128 me too :))

  • Would it be okay to add boiled potatoes to this recipe to just add a twist?

  • Hi , Is there a way to add boiled potatoes to this recipe? Would that work?

  • Thats a pretty cool whaffle iron

  • That is such a cool waffle machine!

  • Hi, could you give me the link to this recipe? I didn't find it on Legourmet.tv

  • @me1001me legourmet.tv/cooking/wafflehouse.html

  • @legourmettv Thank you!

  • does the waffle iron is avaiable in america only or avaialbe everwhere?

  • @NickJonasLuver121 Check the KitchenAid website for info on availability in your country.

  • Yes, It's the whipped egg white that makes the waffle light & fluffy ! Thanks. Where to get your mixer?

  • where can i get a waffle iron like that?

  • @hammau23 It's a KitchenAid waffle iron.

  • for sure i won't be delicate when i'm eating it

  • Okay , i get it - I don't need to be delicate .

    Cool video tough :) !

  • on the website the recipe says a stick of butter, but in the video i didn't see the butter, why is that?

  • @SMyD77777 Our website also says: "In the video I left out the butter... you don't always need to use it. If you are worried about eating too much butter, you can cut it down or leave it out altogether. What you sacrifice is a bit of flavour, and if your waffle baker is non-stick (as most new ones are) they will cook just the same."

  • the best video of making waffles I finally found. You should change the name of the video to

    HOW TO MAKE PERFET WAFFLES.

so more people can find it.

  • remember don't be delicate

  • =)yummy!

  • nice !!!

  • THANX MAN YOU ROCK!!!
