How do you get it up to be this rapid? I can do it proficiently, but not nearly as rapidly. Just practice?

if u are going to cover by putting ur hand infront, u can actually do a charlier cut there :3 try the richard turner method, in his dvd trailer u can see his one handed shift, he's the best.

Great move dude, have you experimented with Richard Turners one handed shift?

A slight variation of the erdanase classic which does admittadly look very good.
