First of all, Genesis 3 doesn't command marriage!! And then Genesis 3 came before Jesus Christ. Whenever we read a text from the Old Testament, we must keep in mind that they were revealed before Christ came and that Christ renewed everything. Christ wasn't married and the New Testament even recommends celibacy.

Actually, Jesus came before marriage. Colossians 1 teaches that He is the creator and sustainer of all things, and John 1 teaches that Jesus was in the beginning.
