2 Small Advices , Good To Remember If YoU Want To Have More Bullets For Later In The Game.....

1) Use Knife As Much As Possible__Targeting The Zombie Feet , and then use kicks , as many times as possible .....

2) For Some Free Bullets __ When You run out of ammo (meaning 0 bullets) , instead of reloading , go at a nearby merchant and upgrade the ammo capacity of the gun , which has 0 bullets.... You will get the particular weapon fully reloaded :)

It's capable of higher damage than the Punisher and the other weapons in the handgun category. In fact, it has the highest potential damage out of all of the handguns in the game. However, the Red9 can't shoot as fast as the other handguns, but that isn't really a necessary feature in Resident Evil 4 unless you're playing the Mercenaries, in which case, the weapons you're given are more than sufficient to get the job done.

In short, he picked it because it's stronger.

The Handgun is probably the most inferior. Sure it can get headshots 5x but that just doesn't compete with the Red 9's firepower.

To prove it I used all the handguns upgraded on Chapter 2-2 and faced every enemy I could find.

At the end I fired the least shots with the Red 9 and the Blacktail was a close second.

But... It's just mutual preference. Like me I prefer the Shotgun to the Striker even though the Striker is much better.

he switched for red9 cuase the handgun is good only when you completed full but red9 its much better for the beginning . especially when it has 1.6 a t its very good

why did u upgrade your old handgun to the red9 instead of using the old one all the way?

The standard handgun pretty much sucks. It may be useful in earlier chapters, but it lacks firepower afterwards. Since the Red9/Blacktail feature a firepower of 6.5/4.5, they are the choices to go.

My tactic is to lure them all on one floor and get loads, try to avoid getting hit a lot and just mill grenades :)

Watch some other videos how people got through it, a good tactic is to switch floors when one is overrun by ganados. They will tend to focus Luis then, and you will only have to face a few of them.

In all versions, yes. The laser aim is straying like the standard handgun, with the stock it is MUCH easier to aim at targets that are far away.

For the Wii version, you don't necessarily need it, but else your crosshair is shivering like crazy, that's why I bought the stock, because it keeps it still xD

As I said, there is no real strategy behind this. You better switch floors once one of them is full with enemies, as most of them will stick to Luis.

Well, you can't put in too much of a strategy, since this whole cabin fight is too random for that. Though, there are several strats to make it easier, like the right positioning of either louis or you. I just like to get mad on them ^_^

No. Pro mode consists of MANY unpredictable events. A strategy needs atleast some parts that are regular. For this whole cabin fight, all you want to do is to make use of the 2 floors. If one is full of ganados, change and get rid of some if they should follow. Mostly they will then stick to luis though xD

A minethrower only run is tempting, the drawbacks are that ammo is rare and that this weapon is not THAT strong afterall. It should be rather a RL/Grenade Launcher only run ^^

And besides, you want Ashley to wear her knight armor, else you will have nightmares about chapter 3-4 -_-

lol, not really, i have been pracgicing something fun, using all weapons to free ashely, its not that hard for mine thrower, you just gotta throw the mine to the wall on her side so the explotion only affects the sides of the chains. and yes, im using armor, im using her as a wepaon, i throw a mine at her, ilumindos go to grab her, and ashley explodes =D

I thought that you would do your run with the exclusive (or atleast maxed) Mine Thrower. The exclusive is somewhat arguable, since it's not really needed, it can be annoying sometimes, like when you want to hit someone specific, but the dart just decides to pick someone else.

Don't know about my ammo. Let me tell you I had plenty ;-)

And the first shotgun is a waste of space and getting the punisher takes too long. Overall, both of them plus the broken butterfly are not worth getting, atleast for me.
