At the same time, despite the relatively strong production basis enjoyed by some eastern economies, living standards etc. are worse.

This movement, if it succeeds, must emerge from a grass roots movement, not hierarchical structures. Developing countries generally have less infrastructure (static institutions) and therefore are more easily adaptable to new forms of dynamic infrastructure (RBE).
