  • I have the opposite problem then piesmusher i can do L-pull ups but not muscle ups :'(

  • I can do a few muscle ups but i don;t have the core strength to even do a few of these L (legs straight out) pullups,, How would you suggest I start strengthening my core? thanks

  • @piesmusher Do some Overhead Squats, Front Squats, GHD Back Extensions and GHD Sit Ups!  Then just practice the "L-Sit" on some parrellete bars
