Wonderfully comprehensive, you taught me a few qualities of the elements I hadn't heard before. I personally believe what direction each element lies upon, though, corresponds to the practitioner's geographical location and personal intuition. For instance, I live in MA, so water is in the East. Fire, being the quality of the desert, is West for me, cold, and cold Air is the quality of the arctic and of Canada in the North, and the landmass of the US is Earth, in the South.
The High Magick version of casting a circle is the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram. If you study this ritual, you will see the same references to the Elementals Air, Fire, Water, Earth.
Notice also the symbols for Fire and Water, combined is a Hexagram symbolizing not only Macrocosmos but also Equilibrium...
Of course only informational, in seeing that the different versions work with the same type of energies. Not implying that one is more "correct" than the other, it's simply matter of observation.
In fact, I'll soon make a video about some of the characteristics between Wiccan magick and Ritual magick. It can prove useful for those who practice both systems plus add to the general knowledge.
i have a question...im christian but ive got this erge to do witchcraft and spells...i think its my ancectors side in me. but is there anyway i can do both reliogions?
I think so. You might want to watch the Christo wicca/pagan video me and Rose made. :) I will send it to you, in case you can't find it. You may be interested in that side of paganism/wicca.
yes you can! Think for yourself and don't let anyone tell you what to believe. It is in my belief that God wants me to be spiritual in any way fit, I feel that in my heart that He encourages me to be connected the way i get connected..and that's through magick. I've been christian all my life but come from a long line of gypsies, so its just in me. And once I decided to do what feels right I have prospered spiritually. So listen to your heart and soul, not anyone else. God Bless
I think everyone has their own ideas of what elements go with what direction. They are as varied as there are people. I don't call the watchtowers because I get too many JWs delivering them to me all the time, so i just use the spare ones i have laying around.
I can see your point, since some traditions "flop" around the elements to different directions at times, or just have a different set up for them. However, the four elements as E, A, F, W derived from the Greek way and can only be originated from philosophy. Most of my beginning magick vids are based off Wicca, so that is the angle that I'm approaching this from. Thanks for the other perspective, though. :)
Jack says to do this: ask them if they accept mixed marriages. They will say yes. Say good, because you are married to your pet. They will forever leave you alone. Me personally, I want a black goat named "pagan", always have. That would b funny w/ it, show them the black goat. LOL.
no offense meant but she looks like she really needs to get some sleep

Yes. Thanks for that input. This was just a "simple" video, but you bring up some good points.

I think you should make a video to show her how it is done. I will be waiting.

Note : I didn't call the "watchtowers", because to me that is a Stregheria term, and I wasn't bringing Stregheria into this general video. :P
pansgrove 3 years ago
You also want to avoid calling the Watchtowers because you don't want any Jehova's Witnesses showing up at your ritual..

Another good point!

if anyone has a magick ritual that will forever fuck off jehovas witnesses off my door step let me know XD
