I just used standard O-Clamps. The fixture has just enough room for them, but you'll have to swap the butterfly screw for a regular bolt. See my one video on these lights for more.
Nice gear! I like the case you use for the DMX controller,I was thinking of doing something for my dmx controller and lighting controller, what model is the case you use for that?
Ok... I will try to get one up soon. I will say though that using this Obey series DMX controllers are for beginners, and limit you on what you can do. I highly suggest getting Chauvet ShowXpress software if you've got lots of DMX lighting. I only use the Obey 10 when I'm doing small or medium gigs that don't require much attention to lighting. But for weddings, or big events, I would use Chauvet ShowXpress.
Elation is great! Expensive. But very good! I like showxpress because it's easy to use. The Elation software seems to be for more advanced users in my opinion, like concert venues, or theatre lighting design. But, again that's just my opinion.
i have heard from 1 person that is is the easiest software to use and can't see a download for it but would love to compair them if i could and also i will be doing more band theatrical and non dj gigs and i will have tons of money put in and being earned so the cost doesn't matter if you are looking to but once and the adj software is sucky compaired to chauvet showxpress so it is down to showxpress of eleation fo me but for a dj the adj or chauvet is fine i think
