You need to keep your lower back up man your back looks like a moto jump, if you do this you will find pushups alot harder, but good work handles and anything that gives you more reach is better!
@ItsLittleNicky No it's lordosis alot of people who do calisthenics get it even myself my anatomy teacher pointed it out, it's because we have overworked hip flexors which run from your legs to the back of your spine cause your hip to tilt forward and definantly in your plank position, google image ''lordosis''
In pusup position suck bottom of stomache in 10% roll pelvis forward and up then push lower/pelvis back out until your spine is as straight as possible and hips feel locked,
