There must be, like 500 different guns By themselves, The rest of them, are their modificacion (giving stats, different benefits).

It doesn´t take so long, you have to specify the modificators, and then you apply them to every different weapon to create the new one.

i am a programmer, and believe me, it´s not THAT difficult.

(although , coding,modeling, and animating 500 weapons it´s not an easy job).

@Shockpotamia2 No - as far as I know there are not like 500 different guns. But like a lot of different parts (like barrel, scope, magazine etc.) and then the weapon model is generated from these parts. Also the whole weapon generation is not just random - all the parts depend on each other.

I was planning on getting it but I heard the storyline sucked.

I only like FPS's for multiplayer, and I don't have any friends that play this game... L4D is fun for a bit, but gets repetitive. But games like CoD multiplayer you have to be more strategic to win, as it's AGAINST other humans. The computer is too predictable.

I might get it when it's ridiculously cheap, but I'll stick with RPGs and CoD for now.

@RareCabbage Borderlands multiplayer is still going strong so nothing to worry about. The story line is excellent but only the ending suck... Yet there three packages of dlc which should keep you covered with over 20+ hours gameplay ;D

I don't see how someone could not enjoy this game, sure, the ending wasn't great.

But EVERY other aspect of the game was pretty much unique. Especially the fuckload of guns you could find.
