Well thing is about dinosaurs, I've read an article online that the various bones collected and built to be a "dinosaur" skeleton were actually discovered in the Late 1800's / early 1900's.

They clearly pointed out that the bones that made up the dinosaurs skeletons that were on display (even ones today) are formed from animal carcasses such as chickens or pigs.
