Darlie is innocent. Take the time, read the court transcripts on her case. Look at the facts and evidence that were not entered for the jury to see. Look at her own injuries. If as the state said, that darlie wanted to be free and able to enjoy her life as it was without children, then why leave her youngest child alive. Just read online about this family. In 2005 Jennifer turned 18, and asked the courts to grant her visiting rights with Kathy (who was out of prison after 3 yrs). The courts agreed, but Jennifer can never live with Kathy, and can't accept so much as an asprin from her. I wonder if Jennifer has any long term issues from all the surgeries, meds, etc she went through. TYVM for all the great uploads!!

I'm convinced this woman is guilty. I have two daughters of my own and I don't understand how a woman could ever hurt their own child! To me it's just not possible. She should have had more than 5 yrs to spend in prison. But the fact that she'll never see or have any contact with her daughter makes me feel a lot better. That woman is guilty!

I love how she keeps saying Jennifer "lost" her health insurance. No, bitch, you got rid of it when you decided to switch jobs for no reason other than to make her sicker!
No one in their right fucking mind gives up a job with full insurance coverage when they have a critically ill child. That just does. not. happen.
She should be in prison for MUCH longer than 5 years for her fraud alone, nevermind her horrific child abuse.

"Münchausen syndrome by proxy" is nothing but BS! The British paediatrician Roy Meadow, who came up with this BS made a lot of money and got a lot of prestige and publicity. He was struck off from the British Medical Register after he was found to have offered “erroneous” and “misleading” evidence that helped wrongly convict a number of mothers of abusing their children...

@black4pienus Then you know how dangerous that can be. I have a five-year-old who the doctors wanted to put on Tegretol but they hesitated for a long time and then decided not to because it is a very tough treatment for such a young person. (And - thank God - it turned out that she didn't need it at all).

@mariebreskic I had my first grande mal at age 11 and the doctor gave me depakine. tegretol came in the picture when I was 14. now I only use tegretol, but it has a different name now: carbamazepine. I'm 31 years old now and haven't had a seizure for 10 years now, tnx to my medicine. although it prevents having seizures, it's still chemical crap and is not healthy. but I rather have a seizure free life....

very intresting case. the bi-proxy syndrome i think is horse crap! i see sides to both here, however i am more inclined to think the mother is gulty. its really easy to decide, because how amazing and ironic and quincidental that the daughter gets better imediately after her removal from the mother. thats all the evidence you need here.

I think its the child's (teenager/adult's) testimony that should speak the most. what does she think about her life? about her care? She obviously blames her mom for her sickness, and as far as I can tell thats not a notion sewn from litigation, that's an honest opinion from historical reference.

Just read online about this family. In 2005 Jennifer turned 18, and asked the courts to grant her visiting rights with Kathy (who was out of prison after 3 yrs). The courts agreed, but Jennifer can never live with Kathy, and can't accept so much as an asprin from her. I wonder if Jennifer has any long term issues from all the surgeries, meds, etc she went through. TYVM for all the great uploads!!
