  • Where are the Young Rascals ( Rascals ) ?? Rock on Felix, Gene,Eddie,& the greatest rock drummer of all time Dino.Rock on

  • Let me guess??? Jefferson Airplane Crosby stills and Nash The Byrds Rolling Stones The Beatles I would say for Rock not pop the following 5 Fleetwood Mac - Peter Green The Who The Yardbirds - Jeff Beck The Kinks Cream
  • Why upload videos without the name of the bands...

  • Beatles rock. I was getting a little worried when I saw number one there. I was like it better be the Beatles. Great video

  • for 1 cant stand the beatles if anything the dead changed music more than the beatles did. And second of all replace the byrds with the band

  • The Velvet Underground is better than all of these bands combined

  • I think Jimi should have been there before JA (although I loved the Airplane). Some could argue that Jimi could have been as high as 1 but no less than 3

  • I loved the British invasion. But the Rolling Stones were way over inflated and way over rated. They shoulda' quit in 69 when they were ahead of the game, at least a little.

  • Where the fuck is the Doors?

  • @josefkungen dead where they should be. they are OVERRATED garbage

  • los beatles siempre los number one =D y eso ke soy una chica de 15 años de edad

  • Great vid, and great bands ! I've never seen that clip of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young before, thanks.

  • I am a Jefferson Airplane fan but this has been bugging me. Who is the guy that was singing with Grace?

  • @memmoryofmeashughes ...Marty Balin

  • @DFbighair Balin was a great songwriter as well.

  • When I clicked on this I was like "Man, if JA isn't on this fuck that guy", :)

  • Man, that Jack Casady was a great bassist. Jorma was one of my favorites back in the day.

  • I think Jimi hendrix and The Doors should be on this list.

  • I believe I saw a few smoked up people during the Stones song.......... can't beat the 60's and 70's!

  • I got a kick out of "Duckie" (David McCallum) introducing the "Byrds"!!

  • @Scarlettjlb i was like omg thats ducky!!!!!

  • u my friend are the smartest guy for putting beatles as first

  • jefferson airplane, stones and beatles i agree with you, but, no who, animals, kinks,

hollies, hendrix exp etc.etc. the list goes on, plenty better bands to choose from.

  • Hello?! No CCR (Creedence Clearwater Revival; 1968 - 1972). If it was up to me it would be:

    3) The Rolling Stones

    2) Creedence Clearwater Revival*

    1) The Beatles

*I actually like CCR more than The Beatles, but I think The Beatles was the most important and influental band during the 60's.

  • WOW CROSBY IN TWO THATS NO FAIR

  • We really thought we had changed the world! Ah, well, it was a hell of a lot fun trying!

  • OH GEORGE I LOVE U SO MUCH!!!!! x3

  • Yes I am the one who disliked it you sure have no soul if you did Hendrix, The doors, CCR, ELO come on if you agree like this

  • the who???? the hollies ????? the doors?????? the byrds were bored

  • Rolling stones at hide park

  • at least the top 2 in this list are English bands.

  • ok i guess the doors arent better than the byrds or jefferson airplane wow gtfo

  • The Doors?

  • no jimi hendrix ? your crazy

  • Glad you put Crosby Stills Nash and Young in there, they were really a great band. Very very talented and beautiful voices.

  • Comment removed

  • Grace was a BABE back in the day!

  • This sucks..Top 5 bands of the 60's and there is no CCR??

  • what was number 2?

  • @johanna601 Honkey tonk woman - The Rolling Stones

  • Mick Taylor = sexiness

    Mick Jagger = sex

    Keith Richards = sexy

  • Nice Picks, but here is my top five-5)The Doors,4)The Who,3)The Beach Boys,2)The Rolling Stones,1)And of course The Beatles

  • @actsongs Nicely said. I would agree. The Byrds just don;t come close to having the catalogue of songs to be on the list.

  • i was born 11 years late it was in 71 i was born and i love the 60s more and yea you know your music beatles are numb 1 and will live on forever the made a big inpack with rock i wish this record cop would hear why people say and go back to this sound they force all the big hair bands out in 91 butt even the big hair bands did not even come close to the kick ass sounds of the 60s sorry for long post

  • Yes The Beatles are #1!! woooo

  • Gracie is sublime, she's #6 to me. But my Top Five is: 1.) The Beatles; 2.) The Who; 3.) The Rolling Stones; 4.) the Jimi Hendrix Experience; 5.) The Doors. I like Neil very much, not too sure about CSNY. The Byrds are good, but how could you leave out the frickin Who?

  • wow the Beatles was so young that time.

    big hit! love it!

i just wish that more pepole will understand what is real music

  • The Beatles will be remembered in 500 years time as are Shakespeare and Leonardo da Vinci. Very little else will survive, if indeed the human race does..

  • @adamkincaid1234 Hendrix may be remembered too. Maybe Tommy. But all the Heavy Metal is Dust in the Wind!

  • I agree with numbers 1 and 2.

  • That footage of The Stones is at Altimont or something like that.....where they hired the hells angels as security, and disaster struck.

  • rolling stones women i now the rolling stons from wating ALOT OF nam movies :/

  • @TheRiot504 woops i ment to put honky tonk women FAIL

  • Hmmm, tough job, but Jefferson Airplane? I don't think so. CCR, Creme. Hell Chuck Berry left a bigger wake. Bob Dylan went electric in '64. Man, that was a long time ago.

  • 1. the beatles

    2. jimi hendrix expirience

    3. cream

    4. the doors

    5. the rolling stones

  • Nice to put Beatles as number 1, but CCR should be in the list...

  • @TeamMastaPr2 yea this is a sorta old video.

  • @1964GuitarCovers well the video isnt that old you should have made a top 30 list with the beatles at the top because of all the girls who loved them and the guys who wanted to be them but ccr should have been in there for the people who went to vietnam.

  • I miss the rock great classics of middle & late 60's when I was a teenager in Peru before I graduated in 1971., I immigrated here in New York City USA .

  • @juansihi thats a sweet story, did you go to any concerts?
