the way to know if foreign food is good is to look at the chef...and look at the clients! if the clients are from the nationality of the food, then you know its good to their standards, which are probably higher than your own! so when i was in florida i was desperate to find something other than a hamburger to eat and we found a little piece of new dehli with THE BEST INDIAN FOOD EVARRR! we were the only non-indian clients...

I went on Saturday and had to order the veg. biryani because it's my all-time fave. so, I skipped the buffet... I think that was a big mistake, because the biryani was lousy. I mean, the spices were okay, but it consisted of paneer, and a frozen mix of carrots, peas, green beans, lima beans, and SWEETCORN. I think they just microwaved it at the last minute. So disappointed.
