@SuperEvilSquid . . . You really don't get it? its showing the PC customer support in the beginning . . . note how it says "What does it take to support the Personal Computer (otherwise known as PC) in your organization". The end shows someone working at Mac saying that the call was actually for PC . . . You can also try reading the description.
the jargon is random for the most part it seems but brilliant i hear "reconfigure""backslash""colon""setup txt" these are the most frightening tech support words that the new generation of posh 90s pc users could hear shoehorned into a few seconds
yeah, great video once you get past the fact that they're using a combination of jibberish and antiquated (more antiquated than the commercial) hardware configuration jargon that would never be uttered over an OS support line but rather over the hardware vendor's support line. Also, anyone reconfiguring the hardware of a machine in an office building either wouldn't need support (because they ARE support) or they're FIRED for violating the warranty. So yeah great video, if rather implausible.
If these commercials would air now there would be lawsuits up everyones asses

in 3.1 and 95 even you used to have a lot of irq conflicts at random. How would you void warranties by changing irq numbers?

@luccaskunk
Except that that's a video from the '90s. You DID regularly have problems like that before the release of Windows 2000 and XP.
