Why don't the controlls work the way it says. The alt is the button instead of the z button and the D-pad where you choose the name and where you move link doesn't work.

yeah in links awakening there is a chomp chain, kirby, yoshi, picture of peach and other things from other video games throw into this game as well.

It really is bad? "Link's Awakening" is my absolutely favourite Zelda game (mostly because of the amazing story and the fantastic setting). I could imagine playing the game on every system ever made! :D ;)

@ZONICvsMARIO I guess that could imagine that. I mean it's a remake of a game meant to be played on a hand-held system, not a PC. Plus, it's fan-made, so I suppose we're not meant to expect something truly great in all areas, although I am curious in seeing what they did in terms of some of the visuals and music, even though the sound's all in MIDI-quality from what I've heard.

well i think the reason why it has bad controles is because it was made with an RPG game maker and the legend of zelda is a puzzel solving/action adventure game. i have played "links awakening and the DX version on my PC and they controls were fine (only difference was using finger tips). the music is "good/ok" but this game proves that graphics dont mean anything.

yep a USB controler i got a windows controler at a bestbuy but i heared a rumor that you could get a 360 controler to work. i tried the 360 controler and it didnt work.

it works for emulators but your probably going to have to configure the settings everytime, and the controler also works for non-emulated games.however it doesnt seem to work for flash games on the internet.

i used my controler for this and the control was still really stiff, just letting you know because it would suck to get a controler just for this game and finding out that the control still sucks.
