I'm an American and love TMB... I don't see it as "British humor".. I just see it as humor... it's just fucking funny... Just like I don't understand when Americans say they love "british humor" and leave it at that... Because there are loads of crap shows that come out of England as well... just as there's tons of crap shows in the US. But Americans think they're hip if they understand the idioms and the vernacular and all that.

They're moderately successful over here in America. I know I love the shit out of British humor in general. Actually, probably every music group or comedian that I enjoy are in Europe. Mainly the UK.

It actually kinda sucks. I can never see any of them. xD;

@HeavenlyValo actually theres a pretty distinctive style of humour in britain, and england in particular. The same way that theres a jewish sense of humour. The fact that you dont even know this seems to prove you arent really familiar with english humour. Watch things like monty python, yes minister, alan partridge, chris morris and tell me theres not something unique about them. BTW I wasnt trying to imply british humour is better so you dont get all defensive, I like american humour very much

Although seems to me TMB remain far from a massive phenomenon in america, yet again, perhaps you could say that they arent really huge in england either. they're just a cult show with plenty of loyal followers, regardless of nationalities. I did overanalise that last bit
