I just found out that I am allergic to wheat and corn as well as soy and peanuts, so I am navigating a new landscape with food and just bought amaranth for the first time today and am excited to dive into its culinary diversity. BTW, I'm eating Amaranth at the computer now...and just decided to goto YOutube and got you. Tip: Talk a bit slower...have the camera about 20% closer....and mostly...do many more videos like this.
