  • I love hotel gyms. Forces you to think outside the box to get an effective workout and they are NEVER crowded!!!!!!! FTW!!!

  • Fine video. Rob's a great teacher as well as an awesome physical specimen. Better camera work, but still room for improvement. Example, Rob says his calves are starting to get a burn, and the camera's focused on his face rather than his calves. It's the whole physique, blokes, not just the upper half.

  • This is all well and good.. he could have stayed in his room and did 100 burpees in 5 min... and he would have burn three times as much fat in saved a ton of time...

  • @disel911 you should do your abs every time you work out. Spend at least 10 or 15 minutes on it

  • @CoffeeBeatsTea Wrong, the abs is just like any other muscle in your body. There's nothing special about them - train them like you would train any other muscles, never two days in a row.

  • @Wowgangz I do mine 5-6 times a week. It works best for me and helps with definition.

  • @CoffeeBeatsTea Not that i'm a fitness expert or anything, but i'm really sure that if you had a really intense abs workout 3 days a week, it would be just as good (maybe even better), as the abs (as all other muscles) need time to recover. Also you can't train for definition, by training more often or any specific exercise. :)
