Example, Rob says his calves are starting to get a burn, and the camera's focused on his face rather than his calves. It's the whole physique, blokes, not just the upper half.

@CoffeeBeatsTea Wrong, the abs is just like any other muscle in your body. There's nothing special about them - train them like you would train any other muscles, never two days in a row.
@CoffeeBeatsTea Not that i'm a fitness expert or anything, but i'm really sure that if you had a really intense abs workout 3 days a week, it would be just as good (maybe even better), as the abs (as all other muscles) need time to recover. Also you can't train for definition, by training more often or any specific exercise. :)
