The only reason this song is a problem is because the "practice" doesn't ever tell you if you're doing it right or not. I didn't know you had to do it that slow.

Good to see I'm not the only "flute victim" around... Was close to smashing my DS a couple of times against the wall because of this sht! How I hate it!!! What sick brain thought of this? Generally I find it annoying to blow into the mic for every game, it's a nonsense function.

I quite enjoyed Wind Waker, even though I prefer the adult (TP!) style, but PH and ST aren't that thrilling... ALTTP was much better! I hope they don't make such Zelda games any more..

@darthelghastN7 what I actually meant was that I personnally (and I know I may be an exception) prefer Wind Waker's style to the Twilight Princess style. I had nothing against cel-shading, and I have nothing against link being a child. Oh and I'm 23

i do everything perfectly, accept i think somethings wrong because (im stuck at the fire sanctuary one) it will blow like 5 times on one note, but im blowing on it the whole time, i dont think my head is in the wrong spot cuz ive tried many angles lol

Actually this is an original part of the game. Much alike the Ocarina but with more interaction.

That said I also took some 5 minutes to get the first song of restoration right, but I haven't been having problems with any of the others.

Don't worry take your time and you'll get through it. Play only when the camera turns to you and don't do it too fast. I had trouble with it too so i had to slow down.

That's where I was stuck too. I managed to breach the barrier with a little trick. Just make sure to purse your lips like you are playing a flute and quickly move the pipes over the skipped note.

One time out of twenty this trick works and the game lets you pass. So you really only have to do it a couple more times.

same problem here but at sand sanctuary... it's even more than frustrating... there should be somekind of solution for those ones who have problems... the game doesn't even tell you what to do (or how to do it right..)... one time it says it's scattered though you blew throughout your whole part... the other time you were improvising though you played them exactly the same as before and 100% same as your "teacher"

MY GOD. I've been trying to play that song, and I've spent quite a bit of time on it, played it perfectly, but it WON'T LET ME PASS. I've played songs worse before and it still let me pass! I love, love, love the game, but this is ridiculous! I really do want to chuck the DS out my window!

I finished the game already, it is quite easy actually just try to figure out how to hit him, if that doesn't help, look for heart containers, buy some potions and you'll beat him easily

I'm definitely stuck at the sand temple song. Event when I'm quite sure I did not miss anything it fails... This is really crazy, why the hell did they put such a difficult "blow into your gama console" ("even though it detects your blow only when it is in a good mood") ?

@Spyroland it's all very easy, and for some reason my DS lite hears it way better when i inhale instead of exhale. so you have to suck instead of blow.

Yeah, I'm currently stuck there too. It's been over a week and I'd periodically would give it a shot but the end result was always the same.

I finally got fed up and looked around for some advice for it. Apparently you're supposed to wait for the screen to scroll onto link before you start playing. Best of luck.
