Constitution, it's illegal for religion to be in government, this includes the public 'cr'eche' display; that can only be displayed in the private presidential rooms. The constitution excludes any sort of prayer, any members of the socially acceptable religions, except as personal friends, or acquaintances, never as government advisors, i.e., Oral Roberts doesn't have any religious business in the 'White House'.
