How do you not "need" Health care? At some point you will become ill and/or injured, and will need medical care. And last time i checked, if i got hurt or sick and someone offered a free and appropriate care to help me I'd want it. Everyone "wants" good care, but through enough brainwashing they can be told to not "want" something that could help them a lot. Europe is using this supposed "Socialist, communist, fascist" care and they kick our asses in Health care, maybe its a sign?
