for size dont you need to keep it under 10 reps? i wanna get bigger before i start doing more reps so i put weights in my backpack and wear it around my chest when i do dips to keep my reps low.
a question to you: did that superset gave you more mass or more power because i want to learn planche and muscleups etc, but i dont want to have only a big arm and not enough power to dothe hard things

Today I tried that and it was awesome, and it was my first superset. That short time of rest was killing me. First round I did 12 tri-extensions, 15 dips and 13 tri-dips, second round - 12 tri-extensions, 8 dips and 12 tri-dips, third round 12 tri-extensions, 6 dips and 12 tri-dips and on the last, fourth round - 12 tri-extensions, 6 dips and 12 tri-dips. DIPS GONNA KILL YOUR TRICEPS, especially FULL ROM! Bar-baric superset!
