It has no legal jurisdiction to do any such thing: those gun bans were the actions of individual sovereign nations, whether you agree with them or(as I don't) not. I just got back from South Africa. After that I decided to fight for gun owner rights until I die. Look at the stats on the crime there. the people there were just beat. No way to defend themelves, it was sad. People were owning 7 dogs and barbed wire fences and still getting killed in their own homes.
well south africa has nothing to do with the USA or europe, there is quite a bit of political instability, a reasonably high inflation and many racial disputes in S.A
