Anyway, if I could decide how to punish this guy; I'd tie him to a chair with chicken wire. Tie him around the chest below the shoulders, above the elbows. Tie down his forearms. Break his legs to keep him there. Then, take a scalpel and start peeling the skin off his hands. Make him watch. Pour some salt on the musculature when you're done with the first one. If he passes out, wait for him to wake up. Move to the next hand. Remove his skin, piece by piece, then feed him his own eyes.

Not true. Psychopaths actively seek risk, which leads them to eventual punishment. The killer was psychotic. I simply fail to see the difference between a lethal injection and death by torture. It achieves the same end, and in this case, maybe the guy deserves it.

What's wrong with "buryin' females?" Maybe they deserved it. Maybe they were spreading AIDS or something... or the herp. That shit stays. Point is, anything can be justified, ethically, because ethics are entirely subjective. That's not to say I enjoy "buryin' females," but to call it wrong is ethically unsound. We can say it is morally bankrupt within the context of our society, but that's already been established. The dude was arrested, and he'll be punished. End of story.

What ever they do, they have to let him rot to death, slowly. Mybe if they buried him near some insects, then kept him alive. He would be slowly eaten and decomposed while alive. That would help make up for the lives he took.

The best punishment for rapists/murderers is to let the victims or victim's family mercily beat the shit out of the dude.. the families should be able to beat the shit out of the dude & just scream whatever they're feeling; their pain, frustration, anger.. etc. That would be the best punishment ever!! & then whatever is left of the guy (if anything at all) should be left to rot in prison!!!

Execution wouldn't really bring his victims back to life. Harsh punishments have never really worked, there were even serial killers in Soviet Russia. Sociopaths like this guy need to be institutionalized and studied to detect warning signs for such behavior, to perhaps learn how to prevent such behavior from springing up in others in the future.
The burying thing seems fair enough as well.
