  • timing and bending and all the rest, that'the worst version EVER for my ear!

  • @arnelrjundis For the Ibanez acoustic electric guitar I am using a Marshall AS50D (50 watt RMS 2 x8") Acoustic amp. For the Epiphone Electric guitar I am using a Kustom 3 Lead SC (solid state 130 watt RMS) With 2 x 12". Glad you enjoyed watching and thanks for your comment.

  • are you lot buzzing wheres the feel man uk does this

  • Absolutely love the way you inserted the family at 3:04. Very, very nice touch!

  • That is REALLY good!

  • Speaking as a Floyd fan from way back farther than I care to remember, that is the best, most professional, rendition of Gilmour's guitar work I have ever heard, the whole video was very well produced, ( liked the cameo appearances of the family), vocals were faithfull to the original, great job, well done,I have played guitar for years, long as I have a hole up my backside, I will never be a lead guitarist, but recognize talent when I hear it, and you have it in spades.

  • great video dude. thats the banez ew20zwent right? im looking to buy one.. any recommendations for best price?

  • @ramnslam I went to Samash music store. I paid around $350. It was originally $399 I think and I got it on sale. They are always running good sales at samash.

  • dude. killer lead work!!!!i know its two years ago or more. hope your still playin

  • @ironlion31386 Thanks for the comment. Yes I'm still playing and still having fun.

  • No se porque hay tanta gente dejandote mendajes en Mexicano pero I thought you were going to do the solos with the acoustic. Still cool but I thought there was going to be a huge sustain on the acoustic or something.

  • @traviskearney en mexcano nooob -.-

  • What a superb version of a genuine classic song. I have the bubinga version of that guitar but I can't play it anywhere near as well. I think you should get Paige some sticks and let her do more percussion. But, for me the whole thing was made by Karen's backing vocals! Nice job Karen!

  • @FillHellMouth Thank you so much for your comments. Paige and Karen also said thanks. 8O)

  • Awesome looking guitar, man. . What is that wood? Ash? Excellent playing by the way and nice sweet sound, as the song should be.

  • @Smashinz2002 Thank you for the comment. The guitar is made from African Zebra wood. It's An Ibanez EW (Exotic wood) series acoustic electric.

  • Wonderfully done.

  • @jameson1076 Thanks for your comment

  • love the second solo the most man it was ridiculous, could work a little on vocals but thats just a matter of bein flat on some notes not a big deal

  • @Kolbrun44 Thank you

  • lmao i saw the comments about the fan before i saw the fan and was confused and then the second it came on i was like LMFAOOOOO lol but its like..tight how u did that so no hating really good cover bro

  • your sound is very artificial.

  • unreal

  • what effect are you using for the vocal?.. it sound like chorus or something. And do you use vocal effect processor? It sound great with this song

  • @SamuelRust Yes it is Chorus. But it is not really a effect processor. I connect my acoustic and my microphone up to a Marshall AS50D acoustic amp. This amp has inputs for guitar and vocals on separate channels.I am using a multi-effect processor for the electric guitar it is a Digitech RP50. Thanks for the comment and your interest in my Vids

  • nice and clean...

  • @hasmentah Thanks for your comment

  • Great... Koa wood guitar there? -Ron

  • @rhopen Close, It's called Zebra wood. From Ibanez's Exotic wood series (EW) guitars

  • Great cover, Thumbs up.

    Cheers

    BoB

  • @Mendips251 Thanks Bob

  • what strings are you using ????

  • @katherinelovega The Ibanez acoustic electric is using Martin SP (custom light .011) Phosphor Bronze strings and the Electric is using cheap Ernie Ball Slinky .010 gauge. Thanks for asking. I really like your playing. You sound great.

  • lol at the fan

  • @allrockirwin23 Thanks for the comment. I have had alot of funny remarks about the fan. Glad I could amuse. Later

  • !! That was great! Loved the family add-in!!! :)

  • @BigWapiti Thank you for the comment. I am glad you enjoyed the video

  • The fan made me laugh. Great cover, though.

  • @runtodemhills Thanks for the comment

  • Great job mate however the lead guitar sounded very trebley, lower down the treb, raise the mid, throw in some chorus and some gain and you're good to go.

  • @Fuzz0Lord Thanks so much for your comment

  • little work on right hand and metronom...will be ok...

  • @bayaflok Thanks for the comment. I enjoy the input

  • you did a good job ,you really did but i think you need to be a lil louder / clearer on the vocals the vocals are kinda flat. however sounds good and thats what is important so 5 stars...

  • @adithyakini Thank you. I appreciate your Honesty

  • really good cover, i just dont like the tone of the electric guitar used for the solo

  • @firesmoother Thanks for your comment. Wish I could get the tone down. Floyd is awesome

  • nice cover and i love your mix

    great solo

  • @skylooloo22 Thank you so much for you comment

  • Awesome job guys. I love it. You did an awesome job on it. I really do like Pink Floyd and I like the rendition you did of it. Keep up the good work and rock on.

  • i like it its awesome in fact. just work on your vocals because i believe the reason why sometimes it sounds off is because of the stress of playing and singing at the same time, i.e myself. just work on your singing and you'll be good to go. and use a bit less distortion it was too screechy, if you plugged your guitar effects out directly to audacity i much rather suggest mic-ing your amp instead.

  • @synlynzero Thank you so much for you comments and Honesty. I really am glad you like it and I will try your suggestions about mic'in the amp

  • Wow Your guitaring is fantastic my friend just like that of Dave Gilmour's!! ooofff wonderful. I have been a PF fan for over 35 years now but at the age of 50 I started learning guitar and now trying to play last 2 years. You can watch my videos YT searching for ramgulwady - Best wishes, Ram Gulwady, Mumbai India Cheers

  • I'm putting a deposit on one those same guitars, it looks so smooth to play and it sounds/looks fantastic! Great cover!

  • @truthseeker7899 Thanks for the comment. About the guitar I am sure you will LOVE it. I DO

  • not quite of a singer.....but u play awesome....

  • @papan1990 Thanks for the comment. Honesty is the best policy. I can handle honesty. Thanks

  • this is not a diss you know... But open your mouth a little bit more and sing louder... this will sounds better

But you did an awesome job really... good vocals and good playing

  • @Myperfectsuicide666 Thanks for the advice. Next video I will work on this. Thanks again for the comment

  • Love your guitar! You sound just like em!

  • Thank you so much. Your words are very encouraging. I like what you are doing on your channel also. Your singing sounds very refreshing. Keep up the good work

  • This is Ozones (aka) MadJesusSpade brother. I know yer dad and uncle. Man that was nice. I like how you play every note clearly, and you sing well too. Nice guitar, i digg da tiger stripe look on that wood grain. What kinda wood is that made of? Keep up the good work !

  • Thanks for the compliment. I am glad you enjoyed it. The wood on that Ibanez guitar is called African Zebra wood from the Ibanez Exotic wood (EW) series Acoustic electric guitars. Hope to hear from you later. 8O) Dennis

  • do you use a synthisizer in your mic or something..

  • @LaFaceRecord No, All the audio tracks have been editted using Audacity Multitrack sound recording software. some of the audio has been dubbed to produce multiple echos and some sound effects have been added.

  • lol thats awesome and funny

  • Very nice. (but your wife scared me)

  • It must have been that look that she gave with the smile toward the end

  • excellent work with the solo..what settings are you using on the amp or is it all effects through a recording processor..?

  • For the Electric guitar. I am using a Digitech RP50 Digital Multi-effects processor. The guitar is plugged into this pedal and the pedal is plugged directly into the "line in" port on my computers sound card. Some of the settings on the effect pedal is (1) British Stack amp model. (2) Concert hall Reverb (3) Distortion (4) A little Delay If you are really interested I could e-mail you all the settings some I forgot.

  • thanks a lot.. just wanted an idea really then i can mess about myself from there. will hopefully get my own vids up soon. i'm 35 and only been learning for 2yrs so just a confidence thing now really.
