go with cobb access port in one unit you can switch from a stock stage one map, cai stage one, or a stage 3 map for CAI H and E. you can also data log and or have a dyno shop make you any custom tune you want and when your done you can reflash the stock map back onto the ecu. i have it and even when i was running stage one with no mods it made a awesome diff but now that I'm stage 2 my buddy with his cobalt ss said from in my car it feals faster than his ss turbo.

and how much of a hp increase from stock 197 should i get with DC race headers, cat-back exhaust, and AEM SRI?

Probably 15-18 hp. Just a guess. Also, a reflash doesn't make power, it correctly adjusts vtec for better mid-range power.

Wow..the apexi WS2 just sounds awful, has that tinny sound to it, which is how it sounds on my car as well, i miss my old Skunk2 exhaust.
