@Yakushizz Ahhh I see your one of those "Curse a lot while fighting" people. Well I'll tell you that's not a way to solve problems. And what if they do kill deer to survive and eat? That's their way of life and who are you to tell them any different. If it wasn't for hunting you would not be here today (: I hunt personally and you rarely actually bag a deer (In the area we hunt) so its more for camaraderie. So please, curse at me some more. It helps you get your point across I SWEAR!
To the people who complain about wich deer antlers are cut. IT DOSEN'T MATTER WHICH ONES ARE CUT! The deer shed their antlers every year and grow new ones and they absolutely do not need them to survive.
again .... if it was me I will profite of his situation to broke his leggs and hit is face with a hammer !!!!!!!!!! and its not because I come from pakistan
@RevRydland that is wat the peta homo's don't understand in alberta alone hunters donate close to 2 billion dollars to nature just from the stuff they buy and the people that go on the net and call hunters evil or what ever prbly never spent a dime on nature the avg hunter prbly donates 1000$ or more a year so next peta moron that sees this think about that next time before making dumb comments.
@PoorDummIdiots nope they don't. they say it's a ploy. and they can get much more money in bloodless ways. i will hassle people for answers, hit print screen and make a video.
@gregboyds You are an idiot. There is nothing nice about death period! Death is violent and there is nothing we can do to make it pretty for you. Hunting is a tradition and a right in this great Country so feel free to leave it if you don't like it...actually, we encourage you to do so....thank you in advance!
@gregboyds - you're wrong. a well placed shot with an arrow will usually result in a deer bolting away and piling up within a minute. in nature their alternative for death include starvation, disease which leads to either starvation, death by auto, or death by predation. an arrow is more "humane" than any of those alternatives, especially beiing eaten alive, ass first by coyotes which would have happened to this buck if he hadn't starved first. It not a double standard, it's sportsmanship.
The ethical permissibility of shooting locked bucks is simply a matter of opinion. The hunters who shot the locked bucks on TigerRidge's unfenced property decided there was nothing wrong with shooting them, and I agree 100% with them. If TigerRidge was fenced in, and they depended on those bucks as a source of income for guided hunts, they may have decided to release the bucks as these hunters did.
I don't understand how shouting at a cow is compared to hunting? Anyways, its 2 bad we couldn't just shout at this pet to lay down! Would have been easier to save him that way. Thanks for your interest!
Great job guys! Seen another video on Youtube where the jerkoffs from 'TigerRidge' shot both of the deer, guess they never heard of fair chase! Anyone who's thinking of planning a hunt with those outfitters, don't waste your time, you'll be sick at how unethical they are.
@BowHunterSDK First of all, TigerRidge IS a fair chase whitetail hunting organization. There are no fences at TigerRidge, as opposed to the game ranch where this video is taken. Also, TigerRidge does not outfit hunts.
@brdusmc Well then, you tell me what's so 'fair chase' about the 'hunt' they have posted? Two locked bucks, shot them both! Pathetic! And that's coming from an avid bowhunter, not a bleeding heart! The guys in this video did it right (and ethical), let the bucks go and try to get them FAIRLY another day!
omg they are so afraid of it because its alive but when they kill it they dont give a shit

Deer antlers are so poorly made! Deer should not have them. I think nature made a mistake with that design.

A deer's antlers are made of keratin, the same thing as our fingernails. It's made to be able to broken off... and grows soft in water.
