Next time you're determined to quit, do what I did. I threw away an almost-full CARTON of Marlboros, into a dumpster. That was in 1981. I think I just had too much invested in quitting to relapse. (and cigs were only $1 a pack back then) Worked for me :-D

I quit cold turkey and for the past 6 months I've been:
-Coughing like a maniac, sitting down when I start coughing so I don't fall
-Urging for a cigarette every second of the day
-Having anger outbursts on family and friends from the most stupid reasons.
-Sleeping very poorly during the night
-Getting drunk after a lot more drinks(it takes twice the alcohol amount)
-Noticing that my teeth got whiter and nails got clearer
