@tineke9988 i don´t think its the same Christian, our christian comes later on or so i have heard.=0) and there is a part about what happend to Tom, i think it´s for the 10 year anniversary of the series or something. It´s on YT somewhere.

It's kind of puzzling to us English-speaking people why they do it, and we might even find it a little flattering, though I'm sure they don't do it for that reason. It is probably more that the short clipped words lend themselves better to singing than their native tongue. I have read that in earlier generations, Germans, upon hearing English spoken for the first time, found it melodious.
