The chords on guitar are your standard G#Min to F#maj to Emaj7 but it has to be this shape X76444 (these numbers coincide with frets meaning X (6th String not played) (7th fret on 5th string) (6th fret on 4th string) (4th fret on 3rd string) (4th fret on 2nd string) (4th fret on 1st string). Of course with this chord you would bar the 4th fret of the first 3 strings) with the first finger to make it easier. Finally D#min9 X6466X. So G#min/F#maj/Emaj7/Dmin9.
