@TheMusicjuice bowled my first 800 this year and it was the econd ever shot at the house in its 40 years of being open, i have 5 300's and won 2 abt titles
Pretty sick!!! I've seen a few bowlers who whip their elbows like that to get tons of revs, so i'm wondering, does your elbow hurt after? BTW... do you still bowl with lane 1 products? I just bought the pink and black panther and I was thinking of drilling the pink with the RICO layout. What are your thoughts if you have any. Kindly let me know. Thanks!!!
@Doza418 well yes i still throw lane #1 i bowled 3 300's the last month with my pink panther time bomb and black panther. i have them all drilled pin up and inbetween the fingers and i love them lots of power still. and my elbow dosent hurt even when i bowl 20 games in a day.
@powerhousebowler considering your ball as you mentioned has the pin up and between the fingers, i'm surprised to see that your ball is moving into the pocket with a nice even roll and not a skid flip kind of reaction. how come? isn't pin up usually a skid flip layout? I'm just trying to get as much info as I can before I drill mine up. I can't wait!!!
you suck. i bet each strike is from a completely different game than the last cause you can only get 1 per game. this isnt good bowling, its good video editing. congrats.
i dont get how he says that ur not versatile by playing all parts of the lane, thats about as versatile as ive seen any player, i think theyre all jsut jealous, lol, watch pba every week 2, randy pederson says all teh time, a key 2 a good power game is a drop of the shoulder now adays
@RightInYourMouth2 Its not versatility. hes not changing anything but the ball. thats to easy, i want something to hook drill another ball, i want something weak, drill another ball. versatility is changing hand position, speed, etc.
and another thing. you seem to play all over the damn lane with a single ball. versitility my ass. you just suck. id like to see you on some sport shots.
Jee jackass. dropping the shoulder is a major flaw in bowlers. you have to stay square. and hooking the ball is in the ball and the lift with fingers.
Please take a look at all the modern bowlers and then tell me they all stay square.. dropping the shoulder is a key part to get your hand in the utmost strong position, you generate so much lift in that position your fingers go numb... its a power players style to drop the shoulder for more revs...
dont think all are bound to rules from that 60's (the age of strokers)
@powerhousebowler I guess not everyone knows that dropping the shoulder is actually correct for an accurate power style. Gotta keep the shoulder and ball in line, but if they are both in line with the head you can get your swing in nice and close to your left ankle. This allows for "effortless" power. Basically, you are as accurate and consistent as old school, but can actually carry.
Awful lot of oil there...if your rev rate is that much..which it really isnt than there is no way you can be hitting 10 and having it skid like that.....would like to see you shoot a real pattern
yea but i was trying to show the balls versatily and changed my hands at the bottom of the swing and its, not very easy comparted to some of the other house shots around.
have u won any tournaments? how many perfect games do u have overall? (including practice) and do u have any 800 series'?

I respectfully disagree
Dropping the shoulder is now a common thing to do in bowling, in order to create more leverage at release.

powerhousebowler 2 years ago
dude, you have more oil than i will see in a yr...it is a very forgiving house shot, if it gets easier than this it shouldnt be called bowling...
